Women’s empowerment

Women play a central role in family stability, community development, and economic growth, yet many face systemic barriers that limit their opportunities. Osas Vincent Humanitarian Foundation’s Women Empowerment program is designed to address these challenges by equipping women—particularly widows and single mothers—with practical skills, economic opportunities, and confidence. Our empowerment initiatives recognize that when women are economically independent, families are healthier, children are better supported, and communities are stronger. By investing in women’s skills and entrepreneurship, we promote dignity, self-reliance, and long-term social transformation.

Housing assistance

Our Shelter for Vulnerable Populations program is designed to respond to both emergency housing needs and long-term housing insecurity. We recognize that shelter is more than a roof; it is a foundation for health, education, economic stability, and social inclusion. Through this program, OVHF supports individuals and families with temporary shelter, housing rehabilitation, and essential household support, ensuring that beneficiaries can rebuild their lives in a safe and dignified environment.

Development and Job Training

This program responds to the growing demand for market-relevant skills by combining vocational training, workforce development, and career readiness support. We recognize that meaningful employment not only improves income but also restores dignity, confidence, and social inclusion. Our approach focuses on empowering beneficiaries to become productive contributors to their families, communities, and local economies.
