OVHF’s Youth Leadership Programs develop the next generation of leaders through mentorship, skills acquisition, and civic engagement. These programs aim to equip young people with employable skills, leadership capabilities, and a sense of responsibility toward their communities.
By focusing on both professional and social development, we help youth navigate challenges, create opportunities, and contribute positively to society.
OVHF ensures programs are inclusive and accessible to all youth, regardless of background or economic status. Emphasis is placed on ethics, integrity, teamwork, and conflict resolution, cultivating socially responsible and proactive citizens.
Young people are identified and enrolled through schools, community organizations, and youth networks.

Youth are encouraged to apply skills through volunteer work, community initiatives, and leadership roles, reinforcing learning through practical experience.
